You're not the only one in that situation around here. I've seen this question come up before. The short answer: Yes, it's possible for two or more people to use the same computer for their access to RPOL. You may each do with your own accounts everything one may do around here.
BUT, in the FAQs it does state:

Keep in mind that users, especially those from the same computer, should keep their accounts separate at all times; they should keep a unique password no one else knows, and they should never, under any circumstances, log into or use one another's accounts for any reason. It should go without saying (but of course it doesn't) that anyone registering an account at RPoL needs to register the account to their own email address which they check regularly.
So make sure that you log out every time you finish your gaming and never use another person's login to access the site.
When in doubt -- or if you should get your account locked because the Mods suspect you've got multiple accounts -- keep calm and follow the Mods' instructions in order to straighten everything out. The Mods here aren't tyrants, and so long as you're playing by the rules you should be able to get things straightened out in no time.
