Is a lurker just a player whose character name is their rpol username? I didn't see anything in the FAQs.

Yes, but they are a special kind of addition to your game. They do not show up on the cast list, cannot post even in the groups you give them permission to see and (I believe) can only PM the GMs. It's easy to forget as a GM that you have them, since there's not one GM scree you see them on.

Oh, and they have to abide by the age requirement of submitting the age statement if it's an adult game they're being added to.

ETA:  And if you go to the FAQ and type in lurker in the search box, you'll get two different results: one in the Beginner FAQ and one in General.
