Post A Reply Issue for Vision Impaired User

Is there a way to bold the font or use a different font in the Reply window.  I can read posts once they are sent but creating them is awkward at times.  It is difficult at time to read what I am typing but I can read the Preview.

There is no way to change the font in the compose window, other than by modifying the settings in your browser (magnifying the screen, or changing the default fonts and setting them to override RPoL's own settings).

You might also want to try writing it in a word document, you can manipulate it as you need on there to see it and then copy and past as is as RPOL ignores anything you did to it font, color or size wise.

Re: Post A Reply Issue for Vision Impaired User

The way to do it will be in your browser settings somewhere, depending on your browser.

This monospace-style composition text isn't very easy to read as it's thin I agree. But some visual difference was necessary to indicate what was a "real" post and what hadn't been posted yet.

In reply to Quorng (msg # 1):

May I ask:  What makes it difficult to read the text in the composition area?  Without hearing specifically, I can only guess.

Re: Post A Reply Issue for Vision Impaired User

Before my cataracts were fixed, I had a lot of trouble reading and found that a high contrast between characters and background helped considerably. There is a wide variety of settings available here, if that is part of the problem.
