Is there a way to sub divide the lists for GMs so I don't see everything at once.

You mean to limit which threads showing in the game menu ?

Try the Filter option - link sits just to the right of the "Topic (All groups)" header at the top of the thread listing and lets you pick which group(s) you want to display.

Thanks. I set the game up to make life easier for the PCs and in doing so made it hard for me to keep up with you know.
