I keep getting the following;


I have deleted and clear it several time and typed in the new name and I keep getting the above, is this a system issue or am I doing something wrong?

Rather then deleting and trying again, click at the end of the name and see if there might be a space showing still for some reason. If so just back space until it is against the last letter and it should work.

Do you have any special characters in the name... you might try removing them if so.  They might be causing a problem.  You might try changing the name to something completely different and simple.  And then after getting a success with that, you might try changing it to what you wanted originally, in case there was some kind of similarity that it didn't like between your first two names.  [I've had to do that to change the case of file name, for instance, as the case isn't supposed to be sensitive, so changing the name to the same name, with a different case, fails as it collides with itself.]

Can you paste into your message the name you're trying to use?  Put it inside quotes or some other characters so that we can see the whole thing, beginning to end.

Speaking of quotes, if you're using them in the name to set off a nickname (Robert "Bobby") then that would do it, too.

It's complaining about the TAG, not the name.

Right, but I think what Jase is trying to say is the name is fine for some reason the space is in the TAG box. So try checking to make sure there isn't for some reason an extra space in there.

Didn't realize initially that the message is referring to the TAG box and not the NAME box.
