Hi all.

I have a png file set as my main map for my game, but when I try to update it with a new location, it always reverts to the old one. The only work around that I have been able to find is to set it to Group 0, delete the main map, delete the Group 0 map, set it back to main.

Am I doing something wrong when I try and update the map, or is this a known bug?

I've never really used the built-in map, but I would first suspect that your browser is not refreshing the link/page, and instead is using an old cache file.

Have you tried closing the browser and re-opening it (or clearing your cache manually if you know how)?

Clearing the cache did the trick.

Usually you don't have to go so far as clearing the cache or closing the browser.  Do what some call a "deep refresh", which usually involves holding down control (or shift) and either pressing the F5 key or clicking the reload/refresh for the browser.

I'd be more specific, but it differs from browser to browser.  What this does is tell the browser "I don't think you're showing me the latest stuff -- go look again."
