Maybe I'm just missing it, but as a GM I'm not seeing any way to revert a player to a lurker. Do I have to remove them from the game and add them again?

If you go into the Banned & Lurker area on the GM Page. There is an button that says "add a lurker-Existing" it looks like that is your way to add them back as a lurker.
