Starting Level: 3rd Level

Alignment: Neutral (AKA True Neutral) not allowed.

Hit Points: Max at 1st Level. Roll or take average after 1st.

Spell Points: Max at 1st Level ~ House Rule: You will see HR when approved.

Max starting money as per class to purchase extra equipment. No Magic Items.  You will start the game with 5 gold maximum, so best use what you can.

Ability Scores: You can either:

27 Points to use, the base score of 8.

Note: Min attribute is 8 and Max is 16, before racial increase.
