Post times all wonky, can't find the fix

This is probably going to be the simplest thing to fix ever, but it's driving me bananas and I can't find the fix.

I just upgraded my system to 8.1 last night, and of course had to reinstall my browser (Firefox) - no issues. Pulled up RPoL right away, everything was peachy and perfect.

Restarted this morning, and now... suddenly every time stamp on RPoL (and just on RPoL) is four hours ahead. o.O System clock is set to the correct time, literally everything -but- RPoL has the right time, and I cannot for the life of me find a way to get it back to where it should be.

Can someone help point me in the correct direction before I lose my mind? *grovel*

Found it! Apparently the solution just needed me to suck it up and grovel a bit before it revealed itself to me. <.<

Re: Post times all wonky, can't find the fix

Seems like most of the 'odd behaviors' that people bring up wind up being due to corrupted cookies, and logging off, clearing the cookies for the site out of your cache, and logging in again seems to fix most of them.  I have to emphasize 'seems', because I haven't kept any sort of record of what problems have been reported and what efforts were taken to clear them up.

I just know that I seem to read 'There's something wrong with your cookies' (or some variation on that theme) on a pretty regular basis.

Yeah. I had actually done all of that before shamefully groveling, which is why I was so lost - not that any of my pre-existing cookies survived a fresh install anyway. Turns out what had happened was that (because god, it had been so many years since being first set) it was the permission script for RPoL itself that had somehow been reset - a parameter that I had completely forgotten existed.

But it really did throw me for a loop when it was only RPoL that was being screwy.

Oh, yeah...I have also forgotten all about that stuff.  I think I've been on here for...eight? years now...something like that.  All that initial stuff from when I first set it up is barely even a hazy shadow of a memory...*grin*
