'Private to >' vs. 'Secret to >'

What is the difference?  I can't find an explanation in the Help.

Re: 'Private to >' vs. 'Secret to >'

Private makes it obvious that the line is private, by putting it up in bright orange text in the usual brackets. A Secret line just blends right in with everything else written, so that it isn't obvious to the reader that the information is only being given to them.
