Ordering characters in Character Details drop-down

I have a question. As a GM I would like to have an easy way of checking my players character sheet, so I'm usually using the Character Details view and using the drop-down to select and view them.
My only problem that NPC-s and players are in the same drop-down list and by having too many NPCs that list looks pretty bad. Is there any good way of handling this? Can I somehow order them in that list? For me it looks like it is order alphabetically at the time the character was created, so even if I rename my NPCs they are sitting in their old place which looks strange

Re: Ordering characters in Character Details drop-down

I solved this question accidentally. In a game I'm running with a paramilitary type theme, each of them has their own 'room' thread with the first post written in their name (so they can edit it). I go to the first post of the player's room and click profile.
