Leaving a game

Ok, mods, please read this before you do anything. I'm thinking of leaving one of the games I'm in, but I don't want there to be any hard feelings incase I decide not to, so I made this second account (I know we aren't supposed to and I really didn't want to, but my GM would recognize my account name) to ask this: is there a way for players to formally leave a game or do we just tell the GM we're quitting. Please don't delete this before I get an answer, but I'll post in here as soon as I seen one and than go a head and delete this account or whatever. Again, so sorry for making a duplicate account, but I needed to ask.

Re: Leaving a game

the only way to leave a game is to have the GM do it - you have to formally ask permission to leave a game. Period.

Re: Leaving a game

Alright, thanks for the answer. I didn't know if there was a button or something somewhere. Ok, mods, this account is all done.

Re: Leaving a game

That was a fairly unnecessary breach of ToU. You can easily send an rMail directly to the moderators quickly and privately.

Re: Leaving a game

  1. It's in the FAQs.  /help/?t=faqs&page=playersfaq.
  2. If you didn't want the GM to know your name and you wanted to ask a question of the mods, use rMail.
  3. It's never ok to create a duplicate account, and I'd hazard a guess that this was known.
