Here is a simpler one with segments spoilered for easier searching, it hasn't been included in heaven yet for some reason.
I added some notes just in case something isn't clear.
The code in front of listed feats and abilities tells you where it came from and when. For example LVL1 indicates it was earned by attaining character level 1.
These are some code examples, feel free to add as needed.
