The RPG universe with be a mash-up of both CW network DC Universes in story and characters and a mix of the WEG D6 RPG (DC Universe RPG) rules with the Cortex plus RPG Smallville rules.

The core of the universe will be the 11 seasons of the Smallville television series.  This universe will be intermixed with characters and concepts from Arrow, Flash, and Birds of Prey. All of these are just starting point and the universe will grow and develop into its own world. Players will choose leads from a variety of groups and organizations.  As with the Smallville RPG leads (PC) may be good, evil, and somewhere in between. The key to the success of the CW TV series has been in characters who are conflicted as to the right course.  Characters who may not always know the right direction.

The rules system will be based in the WEG D6 RPG system with additions drawn from Cortex RPG concepts. The characters will be very effected by their connections to the world. Relationships, drives, and values will be as important as powers and abilities in the Age of Justice RPG.  Characters will think about the consequences of their actions on their family, friends, and the world.  The rule system and play style will reflect this.
