It is very active (posts every day) and all-inclusive (you can play who you’d like and whatever race you’d like). It's a game where players create all the factions, stories, characters, and geography. Overall, it's based on emergence, and so far it's developed into an interesting and surprisingly cohesive world. It's play-by-post and very casual with minimal limitations--1 small para to a few paras is common. You don't need to do any character sheets or have anything approved.
