Hi,
I have an opportunity available for
one person to play a solo party (
4 characters) over at
http://www.basicfantasy.org.
The campaign is set on the eve of the Age of Exploration and also features a strong theme of reconquest against the goblins.
It is here:

I have one player so far, who has built up a group of characters from 1st to 4th level over the past year, and is engaged in hex exploration in forest terrain, uncovering the ruins of an ancient magic civilization. (And a lot of other things.) There is good opportunity for role play as well as developing a detailed campaign.
if you are interested in playing you could undertake a similar style of play - hex exploration in forest - or we could work out a new angle.
Some ideas for party groups:
- Three dwarves and a human out in icy terrain, reclaiming land from the goblins.
- Two humans and two half elves, left behind by their captain to explore some dry climate islands containing the ruins of an unknown civilization.
- A human druid and his or her assistants, living in the no-man's land between the goblin lands and the human kingdoms.
- 4 human desert nomads fighting a guerrilla war against a kingdom led by corrupt wizards.
- Four pesky halflings who get caught in a storm and blown way off course.
For campaign background see:

The style of play is pretty detailed. There is no requirement for posting frequency, and I can handle most of the game mechanics. I like players who set their own agendas or come up with a quest that suits them. I don't 'linear' players who expect to be told what to do.
