SOLEMN is a sci-fi/fantasy-based roleplay forum centered around a post-apocalyptic society fighting against a foul presence that has begun taking over Earth after the appearance of a Second Sun.

Setting:
The year is 2315. Radiation has plagued the land,
The Desecration is polluting resources and infecting animal life at an alarming rate. You and your fellow comrades are fighting the infected and for the dwindling assets remaining on your deteriorating planet. You are a part of an organization,
SOLEMN (
Society of Life, Existence, Mankind & Nirvana), set out to discover the origin of the fatal star and its 'spawn': the DED, or Desecrated. You can play up to twelve different pre-determined classes, created specifically for SOLEMN's story line! You can choose from four different branches of scientists, mercenaries, combat specialists, or hunters.
Each class has its own purpose in SOLEMN's story line. This story is set in the distant future; roughly 300 years from now, when technology has been primed and developed beyond our imagination. Mercenaries destroy the enemies with their shock shields and flame swords developed by their fellow scientists; hunters infiltrate enemy bases to retrieve samples and perform dangerous reconnaissance all while the combat specialists are smashing through the enemy front lines, making their way to victory against the hordes and legions of DED. Animals are infected and mutating, plant life is poisoned and burning up at unfathomable rates.
The only question remains: what will you do? Will you join the fight to help save the future? Or will you sit back and let humanity become extinct?
