Star Trek ~ USS Elysium ~ Obsidian Fleet

USS Elysium is the namesake of its class, a diplomatic capitol ship commanded by none other than Myrkul Sharr of the Obsidian Fleet Admiralty. Imbedded in Elysium are command centres for The Department of Temporal Investigations and Starfleet Internal Affairs. After her refit to accomodate these departments ( which regrettably replaced her arbouretum :< ) Elysium is recently returned to active service in Federation space!

Star Trek: Elysium is a SIMM set in the Star Trek universe, set in 2391. The ship adheres to the roleplaying guidelines of Obsidian Fleet, and Admiral Sharr, who commands the Elysium, is himself one of the Fleet organisers. OF is a consortium of similar Star Trek simulations and roleplays, "Simms," grouped and divided but all within the same community. I find it hard not to be impressed... The Elysium SIMM is Play by Post, and follows the crew of the USS Elysium as they uphold the spirit of Star Trek in the closing decade of the 24th century.

We are always looking for dedicated and skilled writers to join our compliment. People who join will find a group or really passionate trekkies here, with different tastes in some cases, but all more than eager to create a compelling Star Trek narrative as a crew together. If any of this you find appealing, I hope you'll pay the game a visit, and give it a fair chance before deciding... obviously that you'll play as well. I think also any player should exercise patience, because the game won't compare to the activity found here on Rpol. If you are passionate (or obsessive) about Trek and roleplay, I really recomend you take a peek~
