I've been long removed fro ma group of people at a table, as for online gaming, I've missed actual realtime sessions as opposed to PbP, simply put, there's a big difference.

I'd like to assemble a group of people, for 4th Ed. Shadowrun, suing IM's, I have a few, skype, yahoo, msn

things I'm definitely looking for:

multiple GM's, I've very good with mechanics and most visceral parts of shadowrun, but at the same time, the group works best with multiple GM's, GM's get to play and people can specialize:

need  a GM who's very good with magical and astral rules and characters, also one that is very good with matrix, rigging, technical aspects, this will lead into runs available and hopefully improve the game in general

I'd like the group to maintain a message board, use it for brief descriptions of available runs, character/ team status etc.

I thought the shadowrun game would work pretty well for this being that it's more a of a mercenary style than an adventuring party, runs become available, then you see who's actually available when the contacts start calling, pretty well represented by a group of players living in different timezones and not being online all the time.
