Probably will be a few more years for me as I just recently gave up all my old jokes about "outhouses".....
Yes "dad jokes" is a thing, these were grand dad jokes, but I have given them up.....

This is one of my favorite "jokes" about outhouses:

Re: OOC Thread for General Use (2)

That is not fake.  The original double decker outhouse, is in Booger Hollow Arkansas, which also has a sign declaring population 7 "counting one coon dog"

Been there since 1961...I can attest it is a real place.

It is abandoned today...

Re: OOC Thread for General Use (2)

Fast approaching is summer vacation time. My family has decided to go on an epic road trip of the USA. My wife and I haven't many years left before our daughter will be wanting to do her own things, and we won't spend the quality time we can share together now, then. So, I'm giving early warning that from May 28th till the end of June, my posts will be limited as driving across, up and down the USA will be hard on this old man. We will be driving over 8,000 miles with 30 stops at most of the major landmarks and cities along the way. This trip will take just over a month. So, I will try to update, but cannot guarantee that will happen daily. I will try not to go over 3 days but if it happens, please be understanding. Thanks!

Re: OOC Thread for General Use (2)

I don't know what it stands for -  But I downloaded the document that was linked in The Games Offer thread.  It appears to be a modern version of the earlier Red Box and original sets, updated for D20 rules.  The game mechanics look like a simplified version of 3.5 / PF -  with races, classes, feats simplified as well -  there appears to be less opportunity to really optimise a character.

It looks like it needs an imaginative approach to things.  I quite liked it, from my quick look through
