Eldest daughter is turning seven today. A quarantine birthday party is going to be a first. Thankfully, her class is all digital currently, so I don't have to do gift bags like last year.

My son is 21.  He lives with his mum.  We went from visits every 2 weeks for the last 14yrs to nothing since start of March this year.  We had arranged for me to visit him 2 weekends ago and the Friday before the Saturday Visit, the Government put a Lockdown on his area, meaning I wasn't allowed to go.  It's killing me not seeing him in person.

That's really rough. I'm sorry that you two have been separated. Hopefully, everyone is safe and healthy so that the sacrifice is for something.

Thank you.  Hi mum works in a Pharmacy and can't afford not to work, so she put some restrictions on too prior to arranging a visit.  This one is out of her hands though.  With me testing Negative on Friday/Saturday, she'll be inclined for me to visit when restriction lifts.

Was it just Kas and Euin that got captured by the hobgoblins?  The rest are dead, no?

I'm unclear if Kas is aware of any other survivors from their original party.

There was one heavily-injured tuneservent running with you (well, the two of you were pretty much carrying him) when you were ambushed by the hobgoblins. You don't know what happened to him; he wasn't in your prison room.

Just stating here for the record, no, no one in the party saw any other captives in the burrow. Nor was there a third set of adventuring equipment.

The rpol forum has had problems for years in changing the game maps. Rather than bang my head against that problem for another two or three hours, I've created a thread specifically to hold maps and descriptions of Myth Drannor. It has the full map of the Bhephel mansion, which we can annotate with changes as you make them. I've also copied the neighborhood scouting mission there with its annotated map, for ease of use.

Kas and Euin, the flying eels described in the scouting mission are the same type of creature that destroyed your group after it fended off the fiends. I've included a picture of what they look like, in case you're curious.

Brilliant.  Map Thread makes it a lot easier than scrolling and not finding (because I'm skimming through and miss bright orange maps).

Traveling for the next ten days or so.  Will have to be a bit of a ghost on the travel days.

I'll have reasonably good internet access once I'm set up, though.  I'll be able to check in and/or post throughout the week.
