This is just a quick post to see if there's anyone around who would be interested in participating as a player in Pendragon's Great Pendragon Campaign. Because of the huge scope of that campaign, I'd only be taking between 2 to 3 players, and odds are, it'll be somewhat slow paced. Odds are, we'd concentrate more on the writing/story part rather than the rolling of dices, but I do plan on using the Book of the Estate for it's added layers of management (which tend to make the world more alive).

By it's nature, the GPC is very historical (although not realistic) so people familiar with the setting would be favoured.

Any takers? Any suggestions?

I would love to play in the Great Pendragon Campaign. I'm very familiar with the Pendragon system and the setting.

Unfortunately, I've run the GPC several times in the past. If that's a problem, I completely understand.

Never played the game yet, but have the books and I'm more than willing to learn.

I've played some of the older versions of Pendragon; fond memories of rolling random traits and ending up with a Romano-British knight who was only interested in one thing - how much he got paid :) Never played the GPC, though.

I would love the chance to play. I have had a few GM's who started this then disappeared on me. I don't mind the somewhat slow pace.

I'm only familiar with older versions of the Pendragon rules -- I still have tons of 3rd Edition books in my basement. But I'd be interested in participating.

It has been quite awhile since I have looked at Pendragon, and that was an older edition.

Just out of curiosity, is it possible to play anything other than a knight?  A bard?  A cleric?  A pixie?  A bard-cleric-pixie?  :p

Would the game be open to folks who don't own the rulebook?
