Anyone interested in some Doctor Who?

We will use the standard Doctor(s) and companion(s) setup to explore the universe of Doctor Who. The players will face Daleks, Cybermen, Sontarans, Silurians, Weeping Angels, Autons, the Master, and so many more.

This game will start play with a pre-written adventure so everyone can get familiar with the system and each other before we kick off the stabilizers and see what's out there.

We will only be using official Doctors, but official or original companions. Original companions must be the type of people the Doctor would have as traveling companions. So no evil characters. Multiple Doctors and mismatched crews are expected.

My goal is to make this a long-running game. Companions come and go. The Doctor regenerates. Past and future are just points of view. But the adventures continue...

I'm interested and like the DWAITAS system.

Tentatively interested. I'd really prefer either an alternate timeline making for different doctors, a different timelord entirely, or the Doctor to be an NPC.

I am planning on using the Doctor Who: Adventures in Time and Space RPG.

And I'm going to try a story point house rule to help balance the Doctor as a player character. If that doesn't work, then the Doctor as NPC would certainly be a good way to go.

Then I would definitely count myself as interested, so long as the Doctor is either not one of his canonical regenerations.

Bonus points if the Doctor is Ginger, or female. :) Or both.

Interested! A non-canon Doctor would be great, especially if female. :)

Why not just create a new Time Lord, rather than a non-canon Doctor? That way, you can keep canon intact and still have the TL you want.

Even better, you can kick it off with the Twelfth Doctor rescuing said Time Lord from his masking watch, kicking off the new adventures.

So I realize this is a little over a week old, but I'd definitely be interested.

Okay, let's see how this plays out.
