Keep on the Shadowfell, set in Sharn

I have one player interested in a run through of The Keep on the Shadowfell, and I wanted to see if there was any other interest for it. We'd need at least three players total.

I want to set it in Sharn, in the Eberron setting. I've decided that the city is large enough and underpopulated enough and old enough that an ancient fort could be hidden within its deepest levels. There's already an official document for making the conversion, to set the tone more along Eberron's lines.

A few other points, up front:

I don't use maps. It works, certainly for encounter situations as straightforward as those in the module.

I let players know things that are traditionally hidden. I keep them in separate threads, so people don't have to read them if they don't want, except that I do make a few monster details visible on the in-character thread, so people can determine if their attacks hit and whether or not they kill.

It's a module, but I'm not going to be slavish about it. I'll work with player input to keep it fun and engaging.

I am interested, though I am curious as to what system you are going to run it in.  I have a few character ideas I have been floating around in my head, and am eager to go through the module.

In reply to DarthSelack (msg # 2):

I plan to run it in 4th Edition. I should have specified, even though it's a 4th Edition module.

Keep on the Shadowfell, set in Sharn

I wanted to ping interest on this again.

I'd want to start with a short "flashback" dealing with some events during the time when the Keep was whole and in use in the city of Shaarat, the precursor to Sharn, shortly before sections of it were sealed up. Then the adventure proper would begin, though we could always flashback more later, if we thought it would be interesting.

I think that town would be set in the Fallen district, with the ancient keep having been uncovered and unsealed during the fall of the Glass Tower. As a slum, Fallen (called Fallhaven by some, for its having survived - relatively speaking - the calamity on the Day of Crystalfall) would be isolated, compare to other parts of the city, and a death cult could gain a foothold there.

Characters could have dragonmarks. House intrigue wouldn't be a huge focus, but could come into play.

If you're interested in this, please don't let a lack of knowledge of either Sharn or Eberron discourage you. Your character could be from outside Sharn, and the focus of the game won't necessarily be on the larger setting. Those choices just give me a way to introduce a bit of novelty into an older module.
