Anyone looking to play in a setting with super human individuals? Probably free-form.

I think that more info would be needed for your proposal. Superhero games tend to be extremely popular from what I can see.

An idea I've been working with would be a setting taking place on a post apocalyptic  Earth. The disasters that ruined the world have happened an extremely long time ago. All sorts of weird societies have filled in where the old nations once were. Within a century of when the game would start some people started getting powers. With that power they began to shape the world.

I think you -might- have more success with non-freeform. Freeform can have some issues with conflict resolution, and super hero games do tend to have a fair amount of conflict.

I would suggest Mutants and Masterminds as a ruleset and set it at PL 8- the heroes are still learning their powers, but they have matured at least physically to a good degree.

I do love me some M&M 3e and some post-apocalyptic settings, but I've never used that along with superheroes... could be interesting.

Systems could provide some structure, but I don't think you would really have any trouble with a free-form game if that is your preference. One of the best games I've ever played on this site was a free-form Marvel game, and it ran for a long while. Keep me posted on what you decide!
