Pendragon + D&D

This is a mashup I've seen on several forums and am considering running myself. Why not just run Pendragon? I have no idea about or interest in Arthurian mythology and am more familiar with OSR based D&D systems, but want to run a generational or dynastic game in the yearly framework of Pendragon. Here's how I'd do it. Interested in thoughts!

Player(s) create an entourage of PCs: Adventurer, Follower, Henchmen. The Adventurer is a noble who runs a 1-hex domain (using ACKS domain rules).

Spring - make court. Interact and roleplay with other noble NPCs using the "On the Non Player Character" reaction system by Courtney Campbell.

Summer - adventure in D&D style. Mini dungeons and site based adventures.

Autumn - run the domain. Do domain bookkeeping and execute domain based events.

Winter - age, marry, have kids, do downtime stuff.

I would be willing to run this game solo or with a group.

Any interest?

Re: Pendragon + D&D

Absolutely. I'd be using a fairly simple Swords and Wizardry derived system + house rules for this, character creation is fast but I can walk people through it as necessary. The only thing slightly complex would be the domain bookkeeping but then a flowchart/outline really helps.
