Input/Interest- Medieval Game

So I'm looking for Input and an interest here as the title suggests for a medieval game. This game would be factually right, ie barracks, castles, guilds, mills and manors. However it could have supernatural entities depending on how the interest goes.

It would be like any contemporary game you see set in a modern setting apart from this isn't.

So you'd have your maidens being swept off their feet by Knights. Royals mixing with royals and farmers farming. Or even thieves thieving. You get the idea. Because of this I would rate it Adult.

There would be several kingdoms that roles could be filled for. Due to power players I wouldn't have anybody as Kings or Queens, I wouldn't want them getting carried away with themselves. However I would let more than 1 character to each person.

As a GM I could place small festivals and jousting competitions, just to help with the flow of character interaction. I frequently get asked the question about NPCs, I would play several that I think could help progress a game like this, including the baddies and potential fatal victims.

Anyway! Before I get carried away, what's your thought? Interested?

Re: Input/Interest- Medieval Game

Possibly, depending on system. I'm a Fate guy, but wouldn't mind testing some Burning Wheel or something like that as long as I'm not required to have a book. I also like to be a good guy, and my posting rate is not multiple times a day, but more like once every two-three days.

Re: Input/Interest- Medieval Game

It would probably be Freeform with GM Guidance.

With that I'd put some simple dice rolls as well to help with conflict and battle scenes.

Re: Input/Interest- Medieval Game

So, like a sandbox-y slice of life game, except with a medieval setting instead of contemporary? Sounds like it could be a lot of fun.

I'd be careful of scope, though, since you mentioned multiple kingdoms. If the various player characters end up too spread out in terms of geographic distance or even social status, it could be difficult to keep people interacting and invested in the game, if that makes any sense.
