Exploring the deep trenches of an underwater world.

The basic Idea I had was to investigate a distress signal of a research team. The jedi order has been called in due to the mysterious circumstances.

Upon investigating what happened the group discovers a long lost temple upon the ocean floor, what mysteries await?

Interesting idea, using the setting but keeping it I an enclosed environment.

An important question: which rules? The West End Games D6, the first D20, Saga Edition, or a different system completely? I have a document that converts it for Savage Worlds.

Is the intention for the Jedi to be semi-aquatic or also those who will be reliant on equipment?

What Era would you set this in? Or what year?

Aquatic races would be welcome and equipment for non aquatic races would be necessary.

I'd imagine I'd run it pre empire era

Sounds like fun. Is everyone expected to be a Jedi or will it be Jedi + Entourage?

Because the Jedi order will be involved it will be multiple Jedi if requested and others, scientists, divers, etc.

Neat idea, a new environment to explore and one which will self contain itself so focus the game. Loads of possibilities and will suit a Star Wars game. I'd be keen to get involved in the mysteries.

You might want to consider the changes you'll have to deal with i.e. the ways skills, movement, combat, technology and weapons work in the water environment. I don't have any suggestions first off but it's something that will definitely influence the adventure.
