In the modern age, two factions of immortals wage a secret war for control of the night. Vampires, who depend on human blood to fuel their powers and keep their human appearance, and werewolves, who draw on the movement of the moon to transform into their beastial form.

Take on the role of a Deathdealer or a Guerrilla as you plot, infiltrate, and conspire against the other team. Will you risk the secrecy of your faction to bring open war on your enemy? Or will you rely on your cunning to outmaneuver them?

Not sure what game system I would use for this.

World of Darkness, since I'm sure that's where the screenwriter stole the idea from in the first place.
