Beginner DnD 5e

So I've been toying with the idea of starting a DnD 5th Edition game and before I get any more attached to the idea of running it I'll share my thoughts and see if there is any interest.

- It would be low or first level
- fast paced, at least one post per day on week days
- the setting would be original with a slightly horror slant
- combat will definitely play a part but I would put as much or more emphasis on roleplaying and mystery/problem solving
- Characters wouldn't necessarily start as adventurers. The game will begin in a village and draw the PC's in. So you'll have to chance to play through that development
- Since characters will be expected to have known one another since childhood character creation would be done in game with discussion open between players during the character creation process.

I am new to running DnD so I will probably make some mistakes but I'm willing to put in the work if people will be patient with me.

Re: Beginner DnD 5e

I'm certainly interested. I'm new to DnD as well, so I wouldn't judge you for any mistakes (not new to RPGs in general).

I really like the 5e rule set and want to get some experience with it!

Re: Beginner DnD 5e

Sounds great. I am just learning through the 5e rules as well and would love to be in a game where everybody else was learning and getting the hang of the new system.

It all depends on how basic you want it. But sure I'm always up for any game involving a high level of party camaraderie.

I agree with Kaiisaxo, I would like to be in a team driven game. I've been in to many TT, mercenary groups lately.,
