A Community Designed Game System

I looking to find a group of people to help design and play with a game system of our own creation. The benefit of this is that the system can be left open ended to allow for growth and change.

The primary starting concepts I would like to focus on are:
Resource management
Magic (In almost any form, from Thaumaturgy to BioChromatic Breath to Spellcasting)
Numerous Non-Human Races (I have twelve concepts already built)

I like post apocalypse because I don't have to do a lot of society depth, but...

I'd find this very interesting. I am making my own system, so I'm always keen on seeing other ideas.

Depends. I'm looking into resource management just now, but I'm looking for a system that minimizes bean-counting.

If you want to manage resources by a quick background method that provides useful information for minimal effort, I'd be happy to discuss possibilities, but if you're looking at a thousand pages and three spreadsheets per player; been there, done that, got burnt out by it...
