It's out in PDF. They are an advanced culture and are by default more powerful than the ones in the core book though.

You are thinking the High Elves of Eregion, from Rivendell.
Details on the Elves of Lothlorien have yet to be published.

Every Loremaster has used the same few adventures, more or less.

I've set up a game. I will only be taking a few players, as I already have some from a previous version of the game. Depending on how many of them continue, I will accept players to fill the ranks.
