Does anyone run any other kind of WtF game? It seems like the only thing anyone ever runs is Forsaken vs Pure.

Well putting Pure was more generalized than anything else. In forsaken you'd also be dealing with urban and technological spirits. Possible vampire threats, and other nasties. One of the first concepts I had for a forsaken game was pitting the pack against investigating a Slasher in there territory. So with forsaken its expandable.

Re: W20 The Apocalypse Or WtF Forsaken.

Not sure I dig the sole tribe thing. I like my Meninna. And believe me, I understand their need for territory—I just wrote that section for the upcoming second edition!

I'm also working on conversion for doing W20 with the WTF 2E rule set. Mind you, there isn't much in the way of hard conversions, save for Gifts. Otherwise, every Breed that has a Glabro-like form just uses Dalu stats, etc., and then appropriate stats for their animal forms (which may differ a lot from werewolves). Just using the nWoD/WTF 2E core engine because I think it's a lot better.

Anyway, back to your thing, there's a lot to do. Idigam, spiritual problems, etc. I'd be interested in some 2E action, but not so sure about doing it with just one tribe. Especially since those two are probably among my least favorites in either game.
