Dungeonslayers anyone?

Okay, I am thinking about setting up an old school hack'n'slash dungeon explore adventure using the Dungeonslayers rules, available free at http://www.dungeonslayers.com/?page_id=228.

The game would be pretty simple, a group of professional adventurers get to tether to complete a quest. No sand boxing, no overarching plots, just old fashioned 'enter dungeon, avoid traps, kill monsters, grab loot'.

I would probably start with a brief module so everyone can get used to the rules, then move on to something a bit chunkier.

I won't look to start for a few weeks yet due to holiday season, but would look to move forward after that.

Anyone interested?

I'm running a DS game here on rpol, but I'd certainly be interested in playing in one too.

I know, I'm in it!

I really like the system but it doesn't appear to be that common...

EEk, sorry - once the game is underway I tend not to look at players nicknames...

I have to say I'd not heard of it until Griffo's player asked someone to GM here a while back.

I'm in that same game, but would be interested in playing in another.

An old-fashioned hack 'n slash?  Sounds interesting to me.  My schedule should clear itself up right about the time the DM will be ready to start this.

I've just read over the rule book and the system looks good to me.  I'd be interested in giving it a shot.

Send me an rmail if you are going to start this, I will take a shot at it, I love dungeon delving. I would have to learn the rules, so an early heads up is best.
