I have an idea for a "Strike Force: Morituri" like game using the Marvel D616 rule set, and I was wondering if there was any/enough interest to set up and run such a game?

That sounds interesting, and I would like a bit more playing of D616. I'm in.

Yes, but not with a time limit on characters.

It's not actually Morituri, just something similar. Weird Science origin, Military occupation, and starting at low rank and building up over time.

And death will be a possibility.

I'm new to the system (pretty much everyone is, really) so there may be a bump or two, but that should resolve quickly enough.

As long as it won't be too much military. I have been in like Rifts games and such where it became an issue with military ranks and orders and issues with personalities and such.

Oh, the party will need to pick a team leader type to call for team maneuvers and the like, but, otherwise, the military is there for gear and transport, and to pick targets.

Other that the Leader occupation, the game really isn't set up for those sorts of ranks.

Strikeforce Morituri was pretty awesome. A game with a real threat of death like they faced would be interesting.
