Hey all, so I recently picked up a copy of Cthulhu Through the Ages and was very intrigued by the End Times: The Reaping micro-setting.

What it essentially is is Call of Cthulhu set in a post-Stars Are Right era, after Cthulhu and the GOOs have awakened/escaped and basically brought about the Apocalypse. I'm planning on setting the campaign 10 or 20 years after the Cthulhu Apocalypse, and there are a few extra "post-end-of-the-world" occupations to choose from in addition to the usual ones. I'd try to keep a nice balance between exploring, stealth, and combat.

The setting intentionally leaves the Time Period up to the Keeper, so I'm still deciding between either having the technology level be equivalent to the 20s (Classic) or Modern, or, my personal favorite, 1940s (I'm a big WWII buff).

I'm still pretty new to RPOL and pbp in general, though I've been keeping CoC 7E for over a year now so I'm somewhat experienced in that regard.

Anyway, just thought I'd throw this out here and see if anybody was interested. It would be using 7th Edition rules.

While I don't currently have a copy of the 7th edition Call rules, I am very familiar with Call in general. I have a copy of the new Delta Green rules which are built off of Call.

I would love to play in a Call of Cthulhu End Times game. Like you I would love to see it set in a world where the Stars Are Right occurred during WWII. If we're 10 or 20 years past that, technology wouldn't have advanced much - if at all given the troubled times.

Very Good. Stuck in London or where have you circa 1941 twenty years later. Very cool, actually might work alright on Cthulu if it is more survive than solve cases.
