Making a website for a homebrew campaign

I've been considering this option lately, and I wanted to ask where might be the best place do to so.    Someone (on another forum) suggested D&D Beyond but I suspect that I'm going to end up needing to build a site from scratch.

Thank you.

If you want a resource site for your players to reference during your campaign here, RPOL does provide each game with a wiki for your convenience.

It can be found under 'Game Information' on the GM screen once inside your game.

I think it's worth pointing out that the in-game wiki isn't exactly feature-rich. It'll get the job done if you need something fairly simple, but if you want anything beyond a basic level of organization you'll need to handle that manually. Also, it has an odd mix of RuBB formatting and standard wiki styles, so you'll have to play around with that if you want to get fancy.

On the plus side, you don't have to worry about third-party hosting, it's part of RPoL's architecture.

In reply to Finlos (msg # 2):

I'm hoping to do it on tabletop and have it available for everyone to reference.   So specifically here isn't what I'm looking for.
