Tremors game Interest check

For those of us that remember the 90's movie Tremors and its many sequels plus a TV series, I'd like to see if there is interest in a d20 game.

D20 modern, right?
If only I could have the time to learn the system...

Good luck!

That's the only system I know of that can make it work. Without house-ruling.

Ah, Tremors. I went and watched almost all of the sequels to that, each more ridiculous than the last, but no less enjoyable. I wish you luck.

I'm open to changing the game system to something else. Maybe a Freeform or a Pathfinder?

Free form or free formish, would probably work best.

So... Gun Bunnies and Graboids?  Sounds fun, but I'm not a d20 kind of guy.  Wish you every success with the game, though.

Well I'm open to a system change. I think a d20 system would work. I can do Pathfinder, D&D 3.5, Mutants and Masterminds 2e. Those I have direct experience GMing. Maybe I can pull off d20 Modern or Past which handle firearms better than D&D.

My only additional thought would be that you'd probably have to stat out the various monsters.   It might also work if you start there and work backwards.   I'm interested to see how this works out.

I actually found the stats which is why I want to run the game.

In reply to Rothos1 (msg # 10):

I did find a reference in the 3.5 edition.   I think that d20 modern would work just fine, though you'd probably want to avoid starting at first level.
