THIS GAME WILL BE RATED ADULT. I am currently collating everything I need to run a Dark Heresy game of my own creation. I’m looking for 4-6 players. This game will mostly likely be 2nd edition but I haven’t made a final decision yet. You will be starting from square 1, and I have very little restrictions on character creation other than it make sense THEMATICALLY and within the 40k universe. I have been a DM for d&d for over 15 years with a couple years of dark heresy under my belt as well. The game will be a balanced mix of on the rails adrenaline fueled action, tense open world Investigation and intrigue, and absolute horror. There is a good chance your character WILL DIE and you will have to reroll but I genuinely try to avoid character deaths where possible. But that doesn’t mean I pull punches.

This game won’t be starting right away, but would be starting within a few weeks of when I have a suitable group of 4-6.

The game is set in the frontier of the Imperium, where the inquisition is not as prevelant as in the core sectors. The players will be a hastily assembled group of newbies to the service of their inquisitor. The bulk of his forces are otherwise engaged and the players will be sent on an investigation to locate one of longest serving and most trusted of his acolytes who has disappeared.

I consider myself a fantastic storyteller, and hope you join me on this horrifying adventure!

If this will be DH1 I would be most inclined to join. In case of DH2 I would also be interested but only if you allow to use some features of some DH1 alternate career ranks or RT origins which would not really have an impact on game mechanics only cosmetic character changes.

I am very interested in the game although I am far more familiar with DH1 than DH2.  I'm willing to learn the differences.

Would you like an RTJ or rather wait until you have things set up?
