As you can tell, this game is about The Crusaders, Central City's mainstay in the modern era of the superhuman. The PC's are members of The Crusaders, and will have access to the base, vehicles, and other amenities of a top notch group of heroes. The main antagonists will be world class villains and the occasional natural disaster. With this in mind, you should see that this game is about a group, and belonging to the group is required.
