The Paths to Adventure game is a game designed to help new DMs get experience and support running Pathfinder games on rPoL. The design is to focus on smaller scoped adventures that can eventually be spun off into their own games upon successful completion. The new DMs have the support of experience DMs to help move things forward or pick up AFK player characters in order to help keep the games alive to completion.

Players can apply for specific games as they start up and players of all experience levels are welcome!

Deep below the anarchic city of Kaer Maga, someone—or some thing— has begun stealing corpses from the city’s most prestigious tomb, the Godsmouth Ossuary. Fearing the worst, the clerics of Pharasma in charge of maintaining the crypts quietly call for aid, not wanting to risk their own members in combating whatever horrors may have crept in from the tunnels and hidden chambers of the legendary Undercity. Yet when the PCs venture below the closed-off sections of the crypt, what they find may be more than they bargained for. For beneath the infamous crypt lies a temple from an ancient empire devoted to sin, and a former Pharasmin cleric who’s weathered his goddess’s wrath to create an army of undead minions, their dead flesh standing ready to support his heretical plans.

Sargava, where lost treasure, lost cities, lost lore, and lost lives go hand in hand. A place so difficult that even the Pathfinder Society is trying to convince its people to get out for safer realms, suspecting that civil war could break out at any time.

The Society is looking for messengers to get word to the last Pathfinders that they know of in Sargava, or to get reports out if the Pathfinders themselves refuse to come.

Characters will start at 4th level, stats will be generated with a 20 point buy.
