Dare you venture to planet Carceri, a brutal hellscape of a deathworld where prisoners have been forced to fight the amusement of their jailers and those who tune into the TORGUE corporation echo net program 'DEATH BLASTER PLANET EXPLOSION PRISONER DEATH BRAWL'? But it's not all brutal injustice that belittles the value of human life for ratings, though! The planet is also home to rogue elements of the defunct Atlas Corporation's private military, who have cared out despotic, totalitarian fiefdoms! Dahl may have also forgot some of their soldiers there, who struggle to maintain some form of professionalism and not slip into some Apocalypse Now knock-off. And Boomtown. A vault opened up under Boomtown, and mutated the hell out of the prisoners who had rioted, freed themselves, and created an anarchic paradise (for everyone except for the former prison staff they enslaved).
