Pathfinder (Adult)-Tharizdun to Tsojcanth

This is an advertisement for an Adult Pathfinder Game set in Greyhawk.

It seems that word has gotten to the Knights of the Hart (Highfolk) and the Church of Rao in Verbobonc that the existence of Daoud's Wondrous Lanthorn is confirmed, and it is located in the Yatils somewhere, likely Iggwilv's old inner sanctum. It is also rumored that other groups of less savory folk are attempting to find it. It must be found, and either destroyed or brought to the Temple of Rao for safeguarding.

It's up to the soon to be assembled group to head to the Yatil's and try to find this wondrous artifact first, to get it out of the hands of those that would use it for more sinister purposes.

This is a Pathfinder game that is set in the World of Greyhawk, in the summer of the year of 569 C.Y. which is before the events of the Giants and Drow Series, and before the Greyhawk Wars. It is a take on the Classic Two Module Mini Series, updated for Pathfinder.

What does this mean?

It means that drow are unknown. It means that Greyhawk is at the point that the first ever atlas of greyhawk came out in 1981. It means that the famous module series A1-A4, G1-G3, D1-D3 and the Greyhawk Wars, have not happened. The Battle of Emridy Meadows, where the Temple of Elemental Evil was destroyed outside of Hommelet, has just occurred, meaning that the events that take place in the module T1, the Village of Hommelet, are just about to happen.

This series of adventures concerns the area near Perrenland, Ket and are in the Southern Yatil Mountains. This area once served as Iggwilv's Domain, but with the mysterious disappearance of the legendary witch, the region is now home to many dangerous and fell creatures and it is said that several cavern and temple complexes lay in ruins, full of treasure and danger.

Characters are generated with 20 point buy.

It would be beneficial for the group to have been a group for some time, and be familiar with each other, but that can be discussed among the players after the game has opened.

Standard Races only. This is not Faerun, Eberron, Golarion or anywhere else. This is Greyhawk, and Greyhawk's citizens are extremely superstitious and do not trust most demi humans at times, never mind anything out of the ordinary.

No drow. I've already mentioned that, but they haven't been discovered/re-emerged yet, as the Giant Series has not happened.

By the way, when drow in Greyhawk are encountered, they are cruel, wicked, capricious and do not take elven prisoners. Ever. They are murderous and hate everyone and everything. They will kill everyone they come in contact with if they are on the surface, or are away from their city raiding. If you are in Erelhei-Cinlu, it's a bit different and more complicated.

Hit Points are always maximum.

Gold for a 7th level PC.

There may not be any Gunslingers or Summoners. Unchained versions of the Monk, Rogue and Barbarian should be used.

Two Traits.

Paizo Material Only, no third party.

No evil alignments. Preferably no CN, but that can be made on a case by case basis.

What I'd like to see in an RTJ

-Character Name, with preferred class (do not ask what is needed. There is no group yet, submit the character and class you wish to play)
-Race
-Background
-Personality
-How did you get to 7th level? Who has aided you? Any adversaries?
-Do you worship a Deity? If so, why that particular one?

No full sheets yet.

Thanks for looking.

Pathfinder (Adult)-Greyhawk-Slavelords!

It appears that we have 2 openings, our cleric and arcane caster have disappeared.

I will be accepting RTJ's for two additional pcs, and only selecting a healer type and an arcane caster. No exceptions.

If interested, see the creation rules and drop an RTJ!
