[ADULT] Evil Campaign (5e)

The campaign is already underway, I have two parties already in their own journey to explore a world that I have made. At first I was hesitant to GM quite a large group but splitting them off to two parties was easier for everyone including myself. Fortunately due to recent shuffling of my work schedule I noticed that I will be able to get an insane amount of free time. Enough time for me to be able to handle yet another group of miscreants and murderers. This made me want to have more players to explore the world that I have created. I'm looking for yet another party composed of 4 or 5 people.

Keep in mind every party in my game despite starting differently and out of reach from the other players (group), that doesn't mean you wont eventually meet up with the other party, since you guys are in the same plane, same world and same timeline, the likely hood that you see them in passing and possible member or party exchange is plausible as the campaign continues.

Take Note
Lost a few players over the holidays. Will need a few more. Despite having to always have the need to look for more, I am quite more interest in players the have a quality over quantity type of demeanor about them.

The first question always is: If you do make a character, what are your goals for him/her story wise? So I'll know what kind of player you are, are the one that focuses on narrative or a mechanical one that focuses on min-maxing? There is no wrong answer.

Also 99% of the player base here in the game is in discord, since they pretty much are active and bond with each other hence the ooc isnt much to look at. Not only that, but I specifically  use discord as a semi-live pm messaging to help me address questions and gm more effectively and hastily to keep the threads moving. Discord is never used as a voice platform in my games cause this game and my server is strictly a PbP and a alternative platform for a pm system and ooc server. Its not a requirement but if you have access to the discord app it will most-likely ease in your transition into the game.

If you are still interested and have identified yourself as someone who would likely benefit and have something to offer to the world I build, then read on;

The synopsis is as follows:

Each individual will find themselves in a peculiar predicament. Confused and dazed. Your vision starts blurry as your eyes focus on the darkness surrounding you, adjusting to the dimness of the area. You realize that you are not alone as you see the silhouette of a few figures standing in front of you and some beside you. They seem to look confused as you are. As your confusion subsided to be replaced only by curiosity and wonderment realizing that the people with you are fully naked. You wanted to ask a question, to know why such a bizarre event is happening in front of you or could it be just a dream. Before you could even talk, you realize you felt the brush of coldness against your bare skin, thats when you noticed that you yourself are also naked and devoid of anything.

Taking enough time to get past that this wasn't a dream nor was it an illusion. You decide to recall anything from your memories to make sense of why you are in this predicament. Nothing comes to mind. You think harder, but everything is darkness. You know your name, you know a certain aspect on how you like your meat cooked, or even the taste of certain foods but with trepidation you could not remember anything beyond or past that. Why are you here? Why are you naked? Why are you with this group of people? Some of these questions will most likely envelop your thoughts as you try to make sense of what is happening. Yet, eventuality remains. You realize you can't remember anything but is it the same with the other people with you?

As you all ponder these questions, some of you could come to a conclusion that you might have been kidnapped and drugged. But is it that simple? Its the most logical conclusion. Perhaps.. or perhaps everyone here got experimented on? Before anyone could further explore these thoughts some would decide to perceive more on the room you and the others are in. And what you get, leads to more questions..

The room is cluttered with tomes and the smell of rot have started permeating through everyone's sense. Symbols written randomly across the jagged walls can be seen with a crimson finish. Most of you cannot make out what the symbols mean while others will find relics of mysterious familiarity laying on top some of the altars. Candles that have been put out are scattered through out the floor, and the floor itself has been flooded with a thick substance. A few bodies can be seen slumped lifeless randomly around the ground, they are wearing black robes, but nothing too peculiar with their garments to be of importance. The thick substance covering the floors are the thick red blood from the fresh corpses that tatters the silent room. Something happened here. The question in everyone's mind is; "What?"
