The time is 1920s Earth, Miami, Florida.

The PCs are all involved with the Golden Corral, a notorious speakeasy and gambling den.  Lately a new gang has moved into town, selling an alcohol like no other.  One taste is instantly addictive.

So far the Golden Corral's owner has refused to carry the new alcohol but pressure has been stepping up.

Who is this new gang?  Where have they gotten their new form of alcohol from?

The system used is Lords of Gossamer and Shadow, a diceless system.  LoGaS normally deals with superhuman characters with amazing powers who travel from dimension to dimension via a construct known as the Grand Stair.

This game is a low power variant of LoGaS.  The same basic rules apply, but there are limits on what how powerful PCs can be.  Think of it as a street level game.  The characters will still discover the Stair and travel to other worlds, but will not be cosmic powers in their own right.

We have a good crew starting out, but could add a few more characters to the mix.

We have room for more players.  Our posting expectation is that you'll post once every couple of days.  We're not trying to race through the game, but do need to keep it going.

The current crew has just started investigating the new gang, so there's plenty of room for new PCs to get involved.
