Low-fantasy setting set in a far-future Earth after a technology-wrecking Cataclysm. We're using the Reign RPG by Greg Stolze. In addition to XP for IC posts, players can gain XP for adding content to the setting in the form of definitions, maps, concepts, journals, etc. Send me a PM/RTJ if interested.


The game will involve more roleplay than rollplay — no more than one fight per 2-3 weeks each Chapter (thread). Bonus XP available for helping to flesh out the setting (drawing maps, writing up locale descriptions).

This system is actually very interesting and it does not take a huge investment to get into.  The characters are extremely customizable; you don't have to worry about just being another barbarian/wizard, whatever.  And the magic system might be the most intriguing I've seen.  A character can cast a broad range of low-to-medium power spells, or he can attune to one area of magic and go deeper, but at a cost, depending on which area of magic he attunes to.

Reign/One-Roll system is pretty interesting.  Character gen can be pretty quick and as versatile as you like.  Literally, you can generate a character with one roll of 11d10 or use point-buy, your choice.

Solid, daily posting rates with quality content so far.  As Machiara said, come check it out.
