UPDATE: 1/26/2016
Well, it seems like I cannot get this game past char gen. I get tons, TONS of RTJs, all the time, but it literally NEVER has made it past half finishing character sheets. I can't understand why... I have several other games which are going very well.
SO, as I have 2 players currently in this game, I am going to try this one last time.
As long as it says I am requesting players in this game I will be accepting RTJs.

Characters begin play in the City of Absalom, here for the great "Pathfinder Games".
The "Pathfinder Games" are an Olympics-like, year long series of games & missions hosted by the Pathfinder Society. Held once every 8 years, the Games offer a chance to join the ranks of the esteemed Pathfinder Society.
The premise of the game is that you are coming to Absalom to join the "Pathfinder Games" (something I made up myself), which is the only way to join the ranks of the Pathfinder Society without first being sponsored by a Pathfinder Faction.
While this is how the game is starting out, and ultimately a goal the PC's can achieve, I want to stress I would like to see characters with a background. I do want to incorporate character backgrounds into the game. Players will be able to do many things, such as your typical "adventuring", playing a game of political intrigue, helping to either clean up the Puddles/Precipice Districts, or even starting their own businesses, adventuring guilds, Factions, and community and the like. I prefer to make my games about the Players.
