Heroes of the Western Heartlands
An ancient Lich haunts the blighted fields of the Battle of Bones, using the bleached remains of long forgotten wars to build an army to wreak it's revenge on the living.
Deep within the Forest of Wyrms, the evil masters of Lyran's Hold are consolidating their power, and are even converting the region's green dragons to their cause.
The Bandit Queen of Greenest is the most successful of Greenfield's warlords, demanding crippling taxes from any trade caravans that travel across her domain, killing or enslaving any who dare to resist her.
Moon Elves amass in hidden enclaves in the Greycloak hills, performing secret magics within their mist-shrouded peaks. Some whisper that a a cache of powerful magic items has been uncovered, and that the elves wish to keep it from the hands of outsiders.
Travellers spread rumours of goblinoid encampments on the High Moor, using the ruins of long-lost civilizations as cover for their raids, ignorant of the value these broken keeps might contain.
Across the Western Heartlands adventure is waiting for those strong, brave, and skilled enough to find it. Whether it be in pursuit of wealth, glory, or power, heroes will rise.

This is a character-driven sandbox set in the Western Heartlands region of the Forgotten Realms. I'm looking for 3-4 level two characters that can seek out adventure and proactively act to achieve their own goals, while still acting as part of a team.
Any races or classes from the core books are more than welcome. Anything from other books will need to be checked over.
