Be it so known that the bearer of this charter has been charged by the Swordlords of Restov, acting upon the greater good and authority vested within them by the office of the Regent of the Dragonscale Throne, has granted the right of exploration and travel
within the wilderness region known as the Greenbelt. Exploration should be limited to an area no further than thirty-six miles east and  west and sixty miles south of Oleg’s Trading Post. The carrier of this charter should also strive against banditry and other unlawful behavior to be encountered. The punishment for unrepentant banditry remains, as always, execution by sword or rope. I am preparing to run the Kingmaker AP, and am looking for 4 players that wish to come with me,  creating a really fun adventure. I really enjoy helping new gamers learn the ways of the system so will be giving priority to those with little experience in Pathfinder and RPGs in general, but all are welcome. Please make sure you read the GM Thoughts and Expectation thread before you RTJ. I also suggest you read the Kingmaker Player Guide (16 pages and free to download from Paizo).

I have labeled this as mature, just in the off chance that some language creeps into the game even though I don't see this as a major component of the game.

Specifics about the game....
1. Pathfinder Core Rules only (see Paizo PRD on their site), with the following exceptions. First, you can take one trait from the Kingmaker Players Guide if you wish, and it fits your character. Second, we will use the ultimate campaign rules for our downtime activities instead of the Kingmaker rules.

2. Characters will start at level 1. We will use a 15 point buy for stat/abilities.

3. Expected posting frequency is 1/day, although that can be flexible if need be.

I will be keeping the application period open until 9:00 pm pacific standard time on June 9th. At that point, I'll review all RTJ's and let players know who has been selected. I realize this is still a bit in the future, but I need time to prepare and want people to really explore and think about their decision to join. There is a bit of information to digest, so I hope this gives everyone a chance to put forth the effort without being rushed. Further, I'm hoping to attract players that are serious about playing, creating a story and seeing this thing into the long term.

I'm interested. I have years of experience with RPGs, including 3.5, but none with Pathfinder. I'd like play a fighter with both ranged and melee capabilities, and who is in more of a support role than a leader role.

Still recruiting for this game, so far some good applicants, but please keep them coming. I'll be looking for players until the 19th.

Bump after along time. I ended up moving and have just settled into my new place. Sorry to all those that responded last time, but life happened. See above for thoughts on the game, and instructions. Depending on interest I might extend the application period, but we'll see.
