King's Hill is a glittering utopian metropolis. Located on the East Coast of the United States this city serves a testament to the ingenuity and innovation of mankind as well as hope for a better future. King's Hill is a lie. Underneath the gilded veneer of prosperity and altruism is a dark and seedy world filled with poverty, suffering, and systematic oppression. While some may find this life to be cruel, others within King's Hill would rejoice to find just solace. These men and women become ensnared by the Madness and now must fight against inhuman and reality bending horrors to reach freedom.

Will you succumb to Madness or will you be unleashed?
